Curbside Meal Service
February 2021: We will continue to offer curbside meal pick up at Pleasant Lea Middle School, Lee's Summit North and Lee's Summit West from 12:00 - 1:00 Monday and Wednesdays. We will pack multiple meals on each day. Two of our staff have graciously volunteered to come back in so we can offer curbside meals from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday and Wednesday at Pleasant Lea Middle School. This will assist our essential workers in obtaining meal service for their students.
Stay tuned, beginning in March we may go down to one curbside site once a week. With all students being back in school we want to take some pressure off our staff and continue to offer meals for our Virtual and Online Academy students. The one day pick up will contain 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches and will be a Monday pickup. We will announce our plans later this month.
As a reminder, our meals are free for all children 18 and under in our community. Parents and/or students may pick up meals from the curbside locations. Parents may pick up for other families.
