Welcome to Lee's Summit R-7 Child Nutrition Services!
Curbside Meal Service Beginning October 5th
for Virtual Students and all children under the age of 18
Curbside Meal Service November 23 and 24 of next week: With the outcome of last night's BOE meeting we have changes to our meal pickup/program for next week. We are working on a plan to deliver meals per the bus routes and also offer curbside pickup at the 3 high schools. This is a huge shift for both Nutrition Services and Transportation and we are currently working out the logistics. Please be patient and we will get all the information with times posted. We will offer meals on Monday for Tuesday breakfast and Monday lunch. On Tuesday we will pack/distribute for the rest of the week. No pick up or service on Wed/Th/Friday.
A nation-wide waiver has been extended that will allow our department to feed all students attending in session or virtually free of charge through the end of the 2020-2021 School Year. This includes breakfast and lunch. Beginning Monday October 5th we will be offering curbside meal sites for students 18 and under not attending school in person or hybrid.
NEW MEAL SERVICE MODEL TO ACCOMPANY HYBRID LEARNING:
BEGINNING MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2020.
ALL K-12 students, whether hybrid or virtual, will have the option to pick up meal kits every week to be eaten on their virtual learning days. A LINK TO PLACE ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL FAMILIES.
Students in the hybrid model will pick up three meal kits each week to be eaten on virtual learning days. Each kit will include 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches, one for each virtual learning day of the week. Fewer meals will be included for shorter school weeks.

We are asking that you sign up for a pick up location so we can estimate our needs at each site. If you have not received an email with the link for our order form, please use the following:
